Does anyone still like pinball machines?

Absolutely. Especially the best pinball of all time, Addams Family. But I really enjoy pinball because you actually need to have some real skills to do well. And a well-designed machine is a thing of beauty.
I have not played pinball in many years. I used to love playing pinball. Maybe if i played one today it would not be as much fun as it used to be.

Absolutely. One of my favorites was Bally's "Eight Ball". Decades ago on a family trip I couldn't be torn away from that particular game.
I refurbished a Pachinko Game (Japanese vertical pinball)
for the basement, but never quite got around to building the cabinet for it. My grandson is putting the finishing touches on it for his room now.
Apart from pulling on a knob then watching shiny balls bouncing off things is there an actual point or skill to it? I suspect people were more easily entertained back than.
@purplepoppy it's also how most women in relationships are still satisfied to this day - unless the knob's not putting enough effort in from wear and tear in bouncing off of the balls lol ðŸ˜ðŸ˜†
Whenever I get a chance I still play the Addams Family game: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Addams_Family_(pinball)
Before computers and the Internet, pinball was great entertainment.
I miss the Pinball app that Windows used to have.
I never enjoyed them in the first place... but arcades, yes...
I absolutely LOVE THEM. One of my friends had one in her house and we played it endlessly! Miss seeing them around.
Uh hell yes. There is this place in a town near me that is like a retro arcade. It has tons of pinball, and arcade machines, all functional, from the 60's forward. Do bucks gets you unlimited play all day.
20 bucks... Not do.. Wtf auto correct
I will play one here from time to time , people stop and watch..
As a 20s something , I had 3 placed , the heyday.
Yes , I love playing pinball , I use to have 3 machines but I ended up selling them , they were classics
We have 3!
A new Jurassic Park pinball machine, a classic Rocky pinball machine & Elvira's House of Horrors pinball machine all often played.
Haven't played one in a long time but would like to give it a shot again!
Not great with the arcade ones, started playing some ones on the computer that got into the original arcade machines. I am hoping to gain crazy flipper fingers!
Nah, those things are for old people. I prefer computer games.
You have to learn tilting technique. Each machine is different.
If I saw one I'd still play it. I haven't played pin ball in many years
i'm a huge supporter of vintage games like that. Even vintage slot machines. And do what I can to support their lifespan.
Many people. They are in demand. Modern pinball machines sell for thousands.
The balls don't lie - ping ping, ping ping -
I do! They're fun, but harder and harder to find.
Maybe for 5 or 10 minutes. Never much into them.
They're ok but not my thing
