Who has SiriusXM radio in their car?

I had better alternatives. I have unlimited mobile streaming so I can stream any kind of music, dj mix or station I want. I have no need for radio subscriptions. For radio specifically tunein has a ton of stations. There used to be shoutcast but that shut down.

di. fm is one I used to listen to although they stream in purposefully medicore quality unless you may since thats been their business model ever since the dailup days.

But my all time favorite is probably just ad free DJ mixes on youtube, even if you don't have unlimited 4G like I do and your bundle is to limited for streaming. Just rip a long DJ mix and put that on the phones storage. Made my own conversion tool that can convert music into a very efficient format my phone can play, its roughly 30MB for an hour of music. I have 128GB of storage. I can fit more music than i'd ever realistically be able to play.

So for me driving would be accompanied by something like this :

That entire mix is only 50MB, ad free and I can play it without internet if I want to.

Those are mixes of all kinds of EDM and popular songs. Problem is it tends to be the same songs for months so it gets stale for me. Then I hope onto a different genre giving these mixes some time to refuel.

I remember, I got a Sirius tuner unit in an imported car. Of course when the car arrived in Europe, the hardware became useless. I removed it and sold it on eBay.

I do too, which is why I still use a CD player. I guess you can put your music on a thumb drive. They are easier to transport and you don't have to worry about scratching them or breaking them.

In my experience where I live. Even though it’s satellite. I loose the signal too many times for my liking. If you don’t have mountains. It might be great for you!
