Should I get borderlands 4, or battlefield 6?

I've always loved borderlands, especially playing with friends. Played the heck out of 3. I also really liked battlefield 3 back when it came out, but that was when I was a teen. I tried playing battlefield 4 many times throughout the last few years, and I just can't get into it. I like battlefield 1, but I get bored after a couple of matches. Im leaning torwards borderlands 4, but im not sure.

I wouldn't know, I've never played a video game in my life aside form Asteroids or Jupiter Lander.
