I really need help with the Sentro 40 stitch machine?

Ever since I bought this machine, I haven't been able to knit properly. I thread the yarn just like in the videos, but there aren't any Turkish videos showing how to knit with 40 stitch machines. No matter how I thread it, it always gets stuck. ChatGPT didn't help either. If any of you could help me, I'd be very grateful. After completing the first stitch, the yarn keeps getting stuck when it reaches the 38-39th side, even though I'm holding it the way it's supposed to be held.
