Would you ever go hunting?

I used to be very good at shooting trap and hand-thrown clay pigeons. Back then, I went dove hunting a couple of times with a group of people during the migration season. I got my limit of 12 both times. It was fun and exciting. They were tasty. But I decided that I don't like killing.

I have guns and am a good shot with both rifle and handgun. I used to target shoot a lot.

I am not opposed to hunting for food. I think it is actually more ethical than eating factory farmed meat.

I would go duck or goose hunting but never got a chance. I would kill a deer if I needed the food. There are a lot where I live. I would have to learn how to dress and butcher it, though.

I am opposed to killing endangered species and I think trophy hunting is sick. I don't understand killing for the fun of it.

I generally support hunting and have participated as long as you actually hunt... if you just bait an animal and wait in a tree stand and ambush the animal thats not hunting. I also do not support trophy hunting.

I think hunting overabundant species like deer is good for conservation, but I oppose trophy hunting. All this stuff about paying to shoot a lion and the money goes to conservation ia nonsense, virtually all of it goes in the pockets of very dodgy people.

I used to with my dad. Now, can’t anymore. Deer season is during school.

I can’t have a rifle on campus. I go to school four hours away from home.

I used to go hunting with my father. Sadly he is no longer with us. Needless to say I haven't hunted in a long time now.

Yes i would like to learn the sport of hunting. I think the easiest would be water fowl as a starter.
