Archery could be a good date, however a couple of things. You might shoot separately depending on the range, or you may shoot at same time, either way you are not to talk on the firing line, so there will be no conversations going on, the ‘field captain’ Will cover that. Also finding a club that allows non members (importantly non insured people) to have a go might be hard depending on your area.
on the whole it’s a nice relaxing date and allows that bit of bonding, although not like the photo at the start, that would be a kicked off the range thing.

Okay, so archery isn’t bad. If it were an axe throwing or a shooting range with a gun then I’d see some issues.

Archery is great, you both show off your aim, kid around, shoot at targets, be impressed for each other and it is a good way to pass the time.

Now, if you bring this up to your partner and they aren’t ready for it, just take them to a nice dinner then see a feel good movie together.

That's a Great Way to Bond You'll be close enough to enjoy a conversation while getting to know each other, and then pick up an arrow and focus on your shot as you transition between talking and shooting a round.
