Yesterday my crazy next door neighbor, Jason, decided to blast his stereo again. He obviously likes a lot of bass in his music because my whole apartment shakes from the pounding of the base and the drums in his wildly unusual music he listens to.
His speakers must be right on the other side of my bedroom wall, and my bed frame is right up against the same wall. (There's no other place I can put my bed.) My bedroom frame is metal and has bars, it's not solid. So the vibration hits my bed frame, which in turn shakes me and my bed.
He turned on his music 10:00 a. m., blasting it in the afternoon, then hours later he turned it down a little bit.
I called the security company and let them know when he was blasting it and she said she would send someone out, but she didn't.
So I called back 8 pm and they finally sent someone out to tell him to turn it way down. He became furious! He was screaming for over an hour "F" this and "F" that and "F" her too (me).
For 11 hours straight I had to listen to him crazy music!! Then another hour listening to him become madder than a hornet!
Now I'm afraid he's going to retaliate against me and my peace ✌🏼 is gone.
What will I do if he does something to me? I'm so afraid of him! He's 6'5", white, with tattoos from his neck down to all of his body. He could really hurt me.

Why neighbors can suck big time , and why I bought a home that has privacy away from neighbors , your best bet is to talk to the other tenants and see if they are disturbed by his loud music as well and then write their names down and report it to to the management of the property , , you should also go to the your local magistrate and report his doings as well , to cover your ass if he tries to do some thing to harm you , especially if you have to call the police on him , they will automatically arrest him and he will be more than likely evicted from his residence. Just keep reporting his ass if he doesn’t keep the music down , the management of the property can have him removed as well

I would suggest rounding up support from your neighbours.

Being in an apartment I would contact the people above, below, sides, and in earshot of his music, and draw up a plan of action.

I'm sure your neighbours will be fed up with the noise too.

Contact the authorities.

Is the apartment his property, if not perhaps contact the property owners to give him a warning, and next have him evicted.

I sure he will soon start to respect his neighbours.
