Do you like questions about knitting?

It's almost here. Valentines Day! What a happy, festive, joyous occasion! How I celebrate with a robust zest for life on this glorious grand day filled with the splendor of love! (Some may say it's just me drinking a lot) And not only is it a grand holiday , it is also my BIRTHDAY! The most blessed day of my incarnation!

So, yeah, yeah, grandeur and splendor and love and all that bullshit. Screw Valentines Day. This year I have no reason to celebrate and I hope cupid chokes on chocolate. 'Cuz this year, guess what? I'm gonna' be 26. Twenty-fucking-six years old. Do you know how old that is? Older than quarter of a century! Which is a hundred years! Which is old! And I'm over a quarter of the way there! I can feel my hair going gray as I write this and can hear the cats gathering outside my door for my new life as the crazy, OLD, cat lady. Don't expect me to be online that day since I will be hiding-under-my-pillow-feeling-sorry-for-myself-all-day drunk. And maybe the next day too.

Being 26 means I am now too old to be cute, adorable and all kinds of wonderfullness. Too old to use my "Youngest Child Syndrome" excuse as an excuse to act like the youngest child that I am.(I so have all those traits which my therapist can confirm 🤣) Too old to overeact like an overeacting drama queen to perfectly normal adult situations like turning 26. Like, I'm gonna' have to grow up and do adult stuff now. How the Hell am I supposed to do that? Do I just get an "I'm an adult" t-shirt? How am I supposed to act like an adult 26 year old when I've never been 26 before? Nobody gave me any instructions for this and I have a lot of questions! (Foreshadow) And is there a test on all this? I haven't had any time to study! And the dog ate my homework! Oh, this is horrible. Getting old sux.

So, anyways, with dementia setting in, I'm prolly gonna start asking questions about knitting and stuff now.
