Besides my children (when they aren't fighting anyway), the next most soothing sound for me is a rainstorm as well. When I am feeling really anxious, I will just use my Alexa device and play rainstorms on loop

I adore the sound of a film projector running in a small art-house cinema 🎬 That soft whir mixed with the faint crackle of the audio instantly relaxes me and feels nostalgic. Close second is brush-on-canvas at night while a mellow jazz track plays in the background. Pure creative ASMR for me 🎧🖌️

If I'm having trouble sleeping I will turn on rain sounds and sometimes airliner sounds (the hum of the engines, not the dinging and passenger noise).
