How are you spending your Memorial Day weekend?

It’s F’ing raining here all weekend but I’m determined to make the best out of it. We have a covered deck and patio with a hot tub, a couple tents in the yard. We have a fire going and music playing.

Northeast Florida is in t he midst of a typical late spring drought (burn ban and watering restrictions) and it rained today. We were all thrilled!

Friday, I took my wife out to dinner. Saturday, my wife and I had dinner with my brother and his wife. Today, my wife had to work and I went to church (I'm president of the congregation and I sing in the choir, so I'm there quite often.) Tomorrow, I will stay home and work on getting things settled in our home (we moved in August last year and are still getting things unpacked.)
