How long is your attention span?

It can be anything. In my line of work, I have to stop for a long break after two hours. It requires a lot of concentration and attention to detail.

Most songs last about 3 to 4 minutes. Concerts and movies 1 1/2 to 2 hours max. That seems to be the time span people want to spend in a movie theater. Books tend to be a long read above 500 pages.

My attention span is incredibly long. I can concentrate for hours and hours literally without a break especially if I sleep well and I have extra coffees.

For me, sleep and extra coffees don't mix. Any coffee after 8 pm. and I might as well go to the woods and join the local owl population.

Funny thing is, my attention span totally depends on what I’m doing 🎮

If I’m deep in a great game or puzzle, I can stay focused for 4–5 hours with short snack breaks. For work or anything that needs heavy concentration, I’m usually best in 60–90 minute bursts. Then I need to stretch, walk, or switch tasks.

I like mixing long gaming sessions with shorter creative or chill activities to keep my brain fresh.
