How do you like your turkey for Thanksgiving?

Some like it roasted with herbs and spices. Some like brown sugar or honey glazed over it. Then there's those that deep fry their turkey. The interesting one is putting lemon under the skin.

My wife likes it cooked with Orange and apple slices. Im old school myself, it gets mixed herbs and cooked in the oven basted in its own juices. Plenty of stuffing and topped with bacon. I'm not American so I'm not into Thanksgiving so I let her do her thing, Christmas is Turkey day where I'm from, maybe with a ham, a leg of lamb, duck or goose. Really depends on the numbers.
