Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🦃
Looks good. I'm suspecting the hole in the Brest is from the plastic timer? I hate those things, they aren't accurate, and if removed before letting the turkey rest all the juice runs out.
yes it was, it was at 190when it came oyt
Mine was 150 when it came out. I have an analog meat thermometer that can be left in while the turkey cooks. Once the thermometer reaches 150, I take the turkey out, cover it in foil and let it rest for about half an hour while I make other stuff. The turkey continues to cook as it rest, so by the time I go to carve it, the thermometer reads 165-170. Turkey comes out juicy every time.
Well done sir
I appreciate not all people out there make their own turkey
Some go to subway sandwich shop or KFC
Looks good! I'm sure it was delicious! re-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🦃 Your turkey looks absolutely mouthwatering. The golden-brown skin suggests it was cooked to perfection, with juices likely sealing in all the delicious flavors. The herbs you chose appear to complement it beautifully, creating a feast for the senses. I can almost imagine the savory aroma filling the room, making everyone eager to dig in. Enjoy your festive meal, and may it bring warmth and togetherness to your celebration!
