Totally love Christmas!!! Lights, egg nog, family, decorating, time off, etc.
Favorite memory? In general, it's decorating the tree with my family. Over the last 15 years, we do it the Saturday night after Thanksgiving. We've already done all the other decorations and I cook a roast for dinner. After dinner and with pie and coffee, we decorate the tree. My wife marshals us and directs better than any general at D-Day where ornaments go. But, the coolest part is telling the story -- every ornament has one. Some as recent as the past year, others from my great grandparents.
A specific favorite memory was my grandmother visiting us when I was about 12. She had made her famous jello salad with fruit. One of us boys had put a 2-liter bottle of Coke back in the fridge but hadn't screwed the cap on tight. It leaked into the Jello salad and we had carbonated, Coke-flavored jello salad. Grandma thought it was hilarious, but my mom was horrified and mortified and angry and, for some reason, took it out on my dad. We kids thought it was awesome!

Basically any time when my family and other cousins families have great christmases together, only lately in the last 20 years have I celebrated Christmas with my own family, infact the last 1 I can remember was about 15 years ago when my sisters boyfriend asked for my sisters hand in marriage in the morning on Christmas day, now that was to me, THE best Christmas for sure as I'd never seen my sister so happy, and now they have 2 boys together and have been married for 11 years now
It is my brother's first Christmas he was old enough to understand and get the concept of santa.
Christmas eve us making cookies that we put out for santa and his excitement.
He couldn't sleep so he got in bed with me and talked my ear off about santa till he passed out.
Then the next morning
He coming out to a tree full of presents and gasping with excitement about how much he loves Christmas

+1 yI like the feeling and the vibes I receive when I take a walk to the Christmas market in germany. I don't celebrate Christmas due to my ethnicity but hey, I love being a part of the event and it feels as if I am actually celebrating. Every culture is wonderful and interesting
Once when I was in high school, we'd gift each other for Christmas and have breakfast together ☺️🥰

I need to ask them about this one because it sounds ridiculous to me now…

+1 yI guess Christmas gifts as kid is good memories.
Not really a fan of Christmas in general though. I'm pretty indifferent to Christmas as a holiday.
Family gatherings with children makes my introverted brain tired and not too big fan of the food.10 Reply
+1 yOne time when we went to Czechia to visit the grandparents and we were all together for a huge fire. I think we were all up till almost dawn just telling stories. My paternal grandpa made the BEST hot cocoa ever

+1 yThe only thing I like about Christmas is that wear led panties. Receiving gifts doesn't excite me. I may not even accept a gift box without led panties inside.

Like L. E. D. or like actually led?… I’m so confused?
