Find myself humming them more when it’s not Christmas then when it’s Christmas. Oddly. But, yes. Whenever I listen to Dance of the sugar plum fairy I can see my mum doing her dramatic dance down the stairs. 🥹

Yes, and that's why avoid them like the plague before early Dec.!!
Why would ANYBODY in their right mind wanna HAVE to listen to that stuff 27/12 starting from the stroke of midnight on Halloween?
I was at a record store yesterday and two of the employees were talking about Christmas and one mentioned how much he hates it because it's shoved down our throats!! I couldn't agree more!! When the yuppies took over Christmas 30-some years ago, they ruined it for the rest of us!! Now, a great number of us that loved it, hate what it's become and even go so far as to shun everything to do with it!!

I hate how many people massacre Christmas music. Take "O Holy Night' for example. Everybody thinks they can perform it, but few can. The secret to a good "O Holy Night" is to have a choir that starts singing during the link "Oh hear the angel voices!" This is a pretty decent version.

I like Happy Christmas, Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime, Last Christmas, All I Want for Christmas Is Jews, and probably others. I also like Jingle Bells and Jingle Bell Rock, but those are wintertime songs, not Christmas songs.
