My boss got me a Christmas gift. It was delivered in the mail on Wednesday but I just checked my mail today (Saturday)... I feel bad?

I wondered why it seemed like she was waiting for me to say more in our meeting on Thursday.. she was waiting to see if I got the gift. I didn't know there was a package waiting for me. I feel really bad. Is there any way I can redeem this?

Write her a thank you note but make it a big surprise… I went to my box Saturday and discovered name gift. I saw it was delivered Wednesday but I was glad I didn’t check mail until YESTERDAY. I love name gift.
It was perfect: 1. start to gifting season with an early start on Saturday or 2. the weekend before Christmas.

I’ve been down this road as single guy…

There is nothing to redeem, gifting is not supposed to make people feel bad.

Just communicate via your prefered method that you just found the gift on Saturday and thank them for their kindness or similar.

That is the whole thing.

They then know why you didn't say anything on Thursday or Friday and you have thanked them.

You are not required to return a gift to them.
