Do you remember the Sears and JCPenney Christmas catalogs?

I grew up every year my grandparents getting both a Sears and JCPenney Christmas catalog. Sears stopped publishing theirs in 2011 while JCPenney had their last in 2009. I loved looking at the toy section.

Yes, I remember them very well because I was a toddler when I looked through my first Sears catalog.
Penny's was ik, but the merchandise cost more than Sears. By the way, the catalog weighed about 10 pounds. It was so big I couldn't carry it alone.

Yes, every year we would get a new Christmas JCPenney catalog and I remember one year they had a GI Joe doll and how I could kick myself for not buying one, and that was in 1993.

Yes I remember. Thst was hiw my sister and I dropped hints for presents. Leave the catalog open to the page we wanted.
