I lost my phone/ wallet on the street in New York City and it was returned to me with all my money and cards still in it
Yes, Celebrate the Day Jesus Christ was born 💯❤️
Christmas day is very unlikely to be the day Jesus Christ was born. All of the scripture points towards a different day:

@Truthatanycost I know that but we need to have a day to celebrate
Then at least have a day that is as close as possible to the correct one. It being nowhere near is suspicious to me. The same has been done with the 'New Year'. It is not really January 1st! Yet everyone pretends it is.
@Truthatanycost So, you have a problem with Christmas, as is the right of Americans. But the law on the books is “December 25th” as a federal holiday, not ”Christmas”. In fact, it was citizens who democratically elected to make that date a holiday because like @Jennz6 said, it’s in the middle of winter and they needed a reason to celebrate to counter winter depression. It’s the same reasoning for New Year’s. They were also burnt out from labor.
But since you have a problem with that, perhaps you don’t like Kwanza or Black history month, no question those are made up or arbitrary. What about Mother’s day, Father’s day, Valentine’s day, Women’s day?
So which do you prefer? You want to start cancelling holidays and people can deal with winter depression ay naturel? Or should people decorate trees and blow noisemakers?
You don’t like Christmas, don’t celebrate it. You don’t like celebrating it on Dec. 25, don’t celebrate it on Dec. 25.
@love_conquers_lust A reason to celebrate is fine, calling it Jesus's Birthday when clearly it is not, isn't. But as you say, people can continue pretending. Those who know will simply not celebrate it.
@Truthatanycost Good. And don’t freeload off people who put the effort forth to celebrate.

I was making money for children and families in need, and one evening I single handedly made a little over $1,000. On most days I did an average of $400 to $600, so it was nice to hit $1,000.
I sang with my church choir (as always for the past 25 years,) had a solo part in our featured song, and it was very well received.
A tree in my backyard got blown over and took out my shed.
That's a wonderful thing?
Nothing. Other than my doctor told me my leg is healing well. Which is a good thing.
I got to see most of my kids this time and family
Drama Queen's health finally significantly improved. We can assess it the best during holidays when she doesn't function in strict routine frames.
I finally got my laptop to play the DVD I've been trying to watch all weekend!
It's a 2 DVD set and it plays disc 2 with no problems but disc 1 goes in the drive and just sits there for hours on end doing nothing but blinking the light that says there's a disc in the derive! I can't even eject it!! I couldn't even find a paperclip to use the override eject! All I could do was pull the plug on it and, when it started back up again, use the eject button as soon as the power came back on before it had a chance to read the disc. I finally found a clip and shoved it into the hold and the disc popped out and, as soon as it did, I shoved it back in and it actually played!
I did.
My grandparents flew back from my uncle , they arrived later so I couldn't get to see them as they had to unpack and all that considering they are 80+ so they were tired but hey I can visit them when I have time 😃❤️. As I age I do realize it is great to receive gifts but to receive my people means so much more to me. I just want to be part of the love 🙃.
My boyfriend’s dad gave me a big hug and said how happy he is that his son found, “such a wonderful girl”. I almost cried but I managed to hold it together,
To be honest... To cry in this situation would be perfectly fine. I mean, that's some truly rare compliment, and it would further show Your kind, emotional side.
