I believed it so strongly, my parents manipulated me fucking well. I mean I believed that till I was 13.

When lockdown was going on, people didn't have the luxury to go to gift stores or buy chocolates and shit, only urgent necessities that too in specific times. So my younger sister's tooth fell out, and she was awaiting her gift for like 7 days, putting the tooth under her pillow and waking up early in morning to find nothing. My parents were kind of heartbroken so my mom revealed it in a random evening that it was them all the time, my mom left those petty notes of tooth fairy and my dad left the gifts and chocolates and things. And I was actually pretty surprised.

My mom was even more surprised by knowing that I was surprised cuz she couldn't believe that I believed this shit for that long.

When we asked dad about it later, he said that tooth fairy ain't able to come home due to lockdown and she's real!

I like to believe my dad. I guess my delusion will be really broken when one day I find myself in on my parents' shoes and telling my kids about tooth fairy.
