What dishes or desserts are you most looking forward to eating on Christmas day?

Very fortunately I managed to give all this stuff up years ago , and overcome the " Ohh its just one piece " syndrome , I like to look at the displays though , but I make no exceptions for any days because of the danger and acceptance of all this stuff..
So not looking forward to any , and will not be putting this sugar laden stuff ever in my body.
Boring , but realistic.
I've made red cabbage and probably Christmas pudding
My favourite Christmas Eve dessert was the lobster, the scallop, and the cheesecake. We still have lobster and cheese cake left over. Along with other foods as well. The lobster was marinated in spiced bed crumbs and the bed crumbs that are already flavoured will be mixed with rice soon for a fried rice dish.
My sister is trying a new recipe - a chocolate trifle with bailey's. I'm excited to try it.
