The week in between Christmas and New Year’s Eve is so weird, do you do anything during that time?

I work, I am always on duty.

I am a police officer so I really don't get to take long vacations, our department has specifically forbid asking for vacation in December. We make a schedule that tries to evenly distribute shifts and days off so everyone can have their time to rest & celebrate.

I like to visit the stores to see what's on left and on sale but other than that, it's just a regular week.

I enjoy family and friends visits and then... when it's all over... I enjoy being alone :D

I eat Christmas leftovers and look at my Christmas tree. I watch my kiddo play with her Christmas stuff.
