Yes, but the real answer is that we will never know for sure. There is a lot of people who witnessed voter fraud and there is video evidence and there are statistical abnormalities.

Maybe with an honest FBI we can get some of these things investigsted and if there is a crime the people responsible will face justice.

my perspective on that election is, lets say if it is true, then that makes Democrats and Republicans even with each other for cheating and rigging elections, even though it will be a quarter century since this election, there was no doubt vote fraud in the 2000 election between Bush Jr. and Gore.
