Without a doubt, "Miracle on 34th Street".

It's an important part of American Christmas culture.
So much so, South Park parodied it with Vunter Slaush in the episode "Crack Baby Athletic Association".

That said, I also have a fondness for the 2009 Hallmark movie "A Dog Named Christmas".

For TV, it's the usual "Big 3 Christmas Classics" that USED to be on broadcast TV each year...
"Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".

  I watched it in a cinema with a friend last December, not expecting much— needless to say we both left the theatre teared up. Old movie of course but timeless truly; very anti-suicide but not at all preachy

Well, I don't watch TV anymore, but if I did it would be something just fun and stupid kind of to bring me back to when I was a kid, it would be Charlie Brown's Christmas, whatever it's called. I don't really care about movies too much. I mean, I would rather just lay next to a fireplace. Either cuddled or curled up next to somebody that liked and wanted to be with .. maybe one of these days who knows

Top of the list is “A Christmas Story”.
In the last fifteen years i’ve added others like “The Night Before”, “Four Christmases”, “Fred Claus” and “Die Hard”.

The family man with Nicolas Cage, it came out when I was still living in New York City, and it reflects my life in a bad way. I guess, I chose the Wall Street path, not the family path. The movie definitely makes me reflect on that.
