Should I get black , red, or pink converse for work help?

Need a new pair of shoes for work. I had the classic black converse all year or 2 for work and they need be thrown in the trash finally.

should I get a red pair, pink or all black for this new year? I mostly wear all black outfit to work daily as I love how I look in black.
there’s. No uniform for work, whatever we want that’s comfy and stylish. I can’t get all 3 don’t have enough money. I’m tempted get pink as it’s flirty and feminine. But red would look so cool with my all black outfit but won’t match any other outfit or color I put on
