Should celebrating Christmas be banned?

Christmas or New Year's, it doesn't matter; both are religiously inappropriate. They should definitely be banned. Also, Jesus was born in September.

New Year has nothing to do with Christmas and it's not a religious holiday, so it can't be "religiously inappropriate" in any way.

Every nation has New Years celebration, but some of them have different calendar, so not all the nations celebrate it in the same time.
Some of the calendars are related to certain religions, but New Years is still a secular holiday, so we have:
- International New Years
- Chinese New Years & Buddhist New Years (Lunar)
- Islamic Hijri New Years (Raʿs as-Sanah al-Hijrīyah)
- Hindu New Years (both Lunar and Solar)
- Hebrew New Years (Rosh Hashanah)
and many others...

I'm not religious so I don't care about any religious holidays, including Christmas, but if they want to celebrate it, they have the right... even though, they celebrate it in the wrong time.
By the way, Jesus (if he was a real person) was not born in September, he was most likely born in late February, or early March.
(ancient Christians were using Fish as their first religious symbol... Fish = Pisces... get it? Jesus was Pisces in horoscope).

Eid, yes. The bullshit "fasting" which generally consists of gorging while the sun is down because they can't cope with genuine fasting - nothing but water and maybe a couple of cups of tea each day for anything between four days and a month. That whole hypocrisy should be scrapped.

The original meaning of Christmas should be emphasised better. Historically it's more likely Yeshua was born in the spring, since that's the time of year Caesar Augustus commanded the taxation of the empire through the census as recorded in Luke 2:1-2, but the exact date is irrelevant.

Here in the USA they are not just religious, they are also apart of our Countries traditions. As well as some other Countries.

In North America, Christmas and New Year are MUCH MORE than religious holidays. For a LARGE number of people, they are NOT EVEN religious holidays, but are ONLY COMMERCIAL days of buying, celebrating and activities.
So, it would be a mistake to ban these days.
