Why do people ask about my diet and then criticize me for it? Why are many people so negative towards vegans?

im an aspiring vegan and I never got shit for it:P I don't know maybe its just my area though. I like vegan food, its good. they just must be jelly that you have the will to uphold a vegan diet... Health & Fitness

What do you eat throughout the day?

i eat pretty healthy. ground turkey, sweet potato, leafy greens, water always. i make sure to get enough protein and complex carbs throughout the day. protein shake with almond milk. Health & Fitness
