I had a baby two months ago and I pretty much snapped right back into shape.
So a lot of people ask about it and well truth is I eat a mostly raw vegan diet. Which is based mostly on raw fruits, vegetables and nuts. I don't strictly eat like that, I sure as hell eat cooked food too. I'm not even strictly vegan, I eat fish sometimes. But to keep it short "raw vegan" is what best summarizes my diet
And people get so upset about it. You can't do that. It's bad for your baby. Where do you get your protein from?
