Can most people here tell a steroid user from a "natural" bodybuilder?

sometimes its obvious to me and sometimes it isn't. but from what I always hear, a lot of guys that are just freakin ridiculously huge are not natural. Health & Fitness

depends on what you ate. was it a lot of shit that's high in sodium? cause then you're gonna bloat like a mother fucker. and its also possible all the food you ate you didn't shit it all out yet... Health & Fitness

Why would I lose all my gymnastics skills as I got older?

its a perishable skill, like motorcycle riding and gun shooting. and its very physically demanding and as you get older your motor reflexes become slower and so on. its natural. Health & Fitness

I prefer the gym girl, and the gym girl in come in various forms so long as she has a passion for perfecting her temple with progression then im all good with that:D Health & Fitness

Why is it horrible to eat healthy?

just keep doing it if it works for you. there's not wrong with counting calories if that's what you like to do because its a good indicator on getting a close number to what you're putting into... Health & Fitness
