It is fairly simple too. All you need is boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, wurst, sour cream and cheese grated on top then put in the oven for a while. I haven't really made it though personally so I might be missing on the spices, it is "rakott krumpli" or "rakott burgonya" in Hungarian, and Google seems to claim that it is layered potato casserole or something.

There are more interesting ones like bean goulash soup but this is the first one that came to mind.

I'm American, so how about my region? It would have to be lobster. Its also the type of thing that I introduce friends to if they're from an area and hadn't tried it before. They may ship elsewhere, but if you can get it off the boat then its always better.

Tea wurst... It's not from my country, I grew up on it though and love it. Everytime I go to Old World (German) in Huntington Beach , I order it on my sandwich.. My husband thinks it's so nasty to even look at though he won't just try it!!! Lol
