Unhealthy goal? I want wake up at 11am and go to sleep at 3pm?

This is my favorite time to be up at, but it is unusual and possibly unhealthy? I like staying up at this time because I love the night life and want to get a job at a club where I'd likely get home past 2am, in addition, I love to garden early in the morning before my neighbors get up and before the weather gets too hot and before my annoying, creepy/stalker neighbor gets home at 3:30pm... Also I prefer shopping really early to avoid the kids getting out of school and just to avoid crowds/traffic in general. My goals are to get a night club job and intern at a farm (which on their ad said the hours are very early)

So... it is unusual but is anything wrong with it health wise, etc? Also I don't drink... by club I mean a high class strip club... possibly just on the weekends because both jobs would be physically demanding. Dancing and farming are my two strange passions:), also this question is about the hours not about the jobs.

**** I meant wake up @11pm, then sleep @3pm (the next day)... sorry for the confusion! So it would be 3pm to 11pm (8 hours) of uninterrupted sleep.
