Before starting it, on Monday's morning, I weighted myself: 60.4kg. Since then I've been eating 2700-3000cals/day and just now, before my mid-afternoon snack, I went to weight myself again: 61.5!!! That's a 2lbs increase in 48 hours wth!!! I was expecting 1 or 2 lbs per WEEK.
Well anyways I was stunned but had my 600cals snack and when I came back the scale was strange (probably because I had just eaten). It showed 61.6 and then when I tried again it began flashing between 61.6 and 61.8 and it started giving me either one of those 2.
But even assuming the.2kg error margin it's still a gain of 1.5-2lbs in roughly 2 days. Just wth is this even possible?
Oh by the way if this is possible but is unhealthy somehow, idc ^^ I'm not eating any empty cals and as soon as I get to 75kg (which at this pace will be pretty soon) I'll cut down right away to 2000cals again just to mantain them.
