First, you must eat more. When I say more I mean approx. 5 times a day.
Second, During those several meals a day you have to plan out what you wish and want to eat.
If you stick with this for a week at a time you will notice a difference within a couple weeks.
It sounds hard and exhausting I know...
but nothing worthwhile is easy
and the only other alternative is
carry a midget around with you all day...that way you can carry around as much weight as you can handle all day.

Gaining weight is easy if you're willing to eat crappy foods that no human being should be ingesting. Gaining HEALTHY weight is what's hard because it requires that a good portion of the weight you gain come from muscle mass and not just fat. Which requires effort.

Whatever high calorie food you _like_ the most.
If you've shrunk your stomach, your idea of 'full' may be off ... you might need to push yourself a little at first. Get in the habit of eating more.u are silly, why would you want to gain weight?!. just start to eat normal
Like others have said, natural peanut butter. Also, red meats.
Drink a lot of beer.
