GaGorians, fastest way to gain weight?

I've been forgetting to eat all three meals each day for about 2 months and I've realized I've lost a fair amount of weight. I used to indulge on snacks whenever, but now I forget to or am too full from drinking water. So GaG, what food has the highest fat content but is also healthy in a way? What should a person eat to gain weight in the fastest way possible? :D

First, you must eat more. When I say more I mean approx. 5 times a day.

Second, During those several meals a day you have to plan out what you wish and want to eat.

If you stick with this for a week at a time you will notice a difference within a couple weeks.

It sounds hard and exhausting I know...

but nothing worthwhile is easy

and the only other alternative is

carry a midget around with you all day...that way you can carry around as much weight as you can handle all day.

Gaining weight is easy if you're willing to eat crappy foods that no human being should be ingesting. Gaining HEALTHY weight is what's hard because it requires that a good portion of the weight you gain come from muscle mass and not just fat. Which requires effort.

If your body fat is really low, gaining fat is actually probably healthy> We're talking _really_ low ... but I think that might be the case here.

Foods that are high in fat/calories but also nutritious:

Nuts

Peanut butter

Beef that is less than 85% lean

Avocado

"White" cheeses (goat cheese, feta cheese, unprocessed cheeses)

Milk that isn't fat-free

Fruit nectars such as Banana nectar

Whatever high calorie food you _like_ the most.

If you've shrunk your stomach, your idea of 'full' may be off ... you might need to push yourself a little at first. Get in the habit of eating more.

I don't like looking skinny. I'm not really underweight, I just look a little skinny.

my advise is just start eating normally. fast change isn't a good change whether it be losing or gaining fat
