Ok listen I just need help losing weight and losing it fast I don't wanna gain muscle or abs. I just want weight loss like 5 pounds in 2-3 days! I know it's possible I just don't know how to do it! I need help. I am weak when it comes to delicious foods! what can I eat that is delicious but very low in calories? I don't wanna hear about healthy weight loss and what not. I do not care, I don't care if it's water weight either. I just eed to lose 5 pounds or more in 2-3 days. What can I do. ANYTHING!
