First losing that much weight is very unhealthy and almost impossible..but if you manage to do it it will be like you said mostly water weight you will lose.. here are few tips I hope will help you lose weight at a slower pace and become a healthier fitter you!. And if you follow it right you just might lose weight fast!
1-eat five small meals per day starting with a healthy breakfast
2-drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
3-carb cycle..high carb one day-low carb the next
4-exercise..lift weights at least 3 times per day and cadio 2-3 times per week with one day off to rest.
5-have a cheat meal

That really is a super unhealthy unless your planning on pushing out a baby out of you in next couple of days. but in all seriousness I would suggest exercising like fast paced walking and swimming but make sure you keep your water up, If you get dehydrated that can be really dangerous also it will make it harder to lose weight cause your body will be trying to keep as much liquid in itself as possible. I just Google searched it there's plenty of free sites out there that will give you advise on how to lose that weight fairly in fairly healthy ways in that much time. Just be warned when you lose weight that quickly it can cause stretchmarks and sagging skin in places.
Losing 5 lbs of actual fat in 2-3 days is not possible. However, if you just want to see the scale go down in that time you can cut salt and do some carb manipulation. It's not actual FAT loss, but since you said you don't care if it's just water weight either, just eat low sodium foods and cut carbs for a couple days. But the scale WILL go back up as soon as you reintroduce these things back into your diet (which you will have to inevitably).
Ultimately if you want results to stick for a long time you DO have to do it the healthy way, which takes time. Sorry.
if you are talking about losing bodyfat impossible
it would have to mean you have to burn 17,500 calories without eating anything
if you are talking about working out and making your self sweat a pound of water then goign somewhere that is entirely possible
or get liposuction to reduce the fat

Yeah, that's not possible. You can however quickly lose weight by eating as little salt as possible and limiting your carbohydrate intake to about 20 grams a day.
Cut your salt. That will do most of what you need done.
