The body of a healthy adult can fluctuate by as much as 5 pounds over the course of a day and from day to day and is perfectly normal. No offense but obsessing over a a weight change that is within that range (which 2kg is) obsessive on a level that would worry me more than any actual weight gain.

Lots of veggies
Fruit (not too much)
Drink lots of water
Don't eat late at night
Make sure to eat breakfast.

Cut carbs and dairy. I cannot stress this enough. I cut them and dropped weight quite quickly. You do not need dairy. Get your calcium from other sources Dairy is fat and well you know what carbs are. Only drink water and tea.
Work out and eat more vegetables, less bread and cheese.
Why do you wanna lose weight? You got a hot body and nice boobs.
