Does anyone have any good work outs I could do?

My 21st birthday is in 3 weeks and I'd like to lose some weight and tighten my body. I've gotten sick the last 2 months so of course my exercising has been put off :(( I know realistically I can't lose that much weight in a short time, but any weight I can take off would be great. I mainly want to tighten my abs and take some chub off my sides. I'm approximately 5'7" and 140 lbs. Any HELPFUL advice or ideas I will try!
