passion4profession on YouTube is a really good workout channel that you can choose from and alternate from whenever you want. I do a different one each day because I play volleyball and need to stay in shape, but if I were you I would start with 3 times a week, and gradually do more and more as the time goes by... good luck :)

Getting in shape? Depends on what you mean by in shape. To build muscle, do higher intensity resistance training (8-12 reps to failure) while eating at a slight surplus. To do fat loss, eat at a deficit. That's really all there is to it.
You can try google. Just google "workout routines for women". But really, all you need is a gym, and the mindset to win. Thats how you get the body you want.

I don't think u really need to worry about working out because u look fine lol. But use bodybuilding. com if u really want to get a nice workout!
