What you eat is a habit, which you could alter, by gradually introducing fruits and vegetables back in your nutrition. You started off very well, by doing small changes in your everyday life. Keep it up!

I don't go to the gym either, because I think I don't need to. I go for jogging 3 times per week for around half an hour. Then I go home and I do some strength and elasticity exercises. A reliable site I use is https://www.fitnessblender.com/ . You need an exercise mat, but a soft carpet will do as well. Also some dumbbells. And exercise clothes, which better not be cotton. It's best to do both cardio exercises to loose weight (running, swimming, cycling) and strength for quicker metabolism, more strength and tighter body.

Veggies are healthy so you should really try to eat them regardless of losing weight. Try to eat wheat foods
Have you tried making a smoothie? You can add vegetables and mix it with fruit. It tastes sweet.
I refuse to believe you hate ALL vegetables and fruits. I just can't accept that.
