So, fitstly, I want to lose weight. I've been drinking more water and cut out soda's and I don't put sugar in my tea anymore. I don't care about getting buff, just losing weight right now. The problem is, I hate pretty much all fruits and vegetables. I've tried them prepared in a ton of different ways and still hate them, which is weird because I loved them as a child. Does anyone have any good links to non vegetable, healthy recipes. And does anyone have any tips on how I could work out at home? Im a little embarrassed to go to the gym at my current weight, Thank you in advance
