All I really know is walking, sit-ups; stuff like that. Can you tell me some other xcersises I can do to lose weight?
to be honost the most effective way I've found it lose weight is by jogging/running. It can get pretty miserable but I've lost over 100lbs that way and it was relatively fast if you keep up with it. I tried lifting weights and stuff like that but it never really gave me the same results. Good luck to you with weight loss

Running is great. I hate it, but it really can get you in shape. And you feel really accomplished after finishing your workout! :) Good luck! And good for you :)
