Any exercise tips?! please help!

Ok, so my abs is the main problem. I don't know what to do to make them flat so I can have the body I really want. I am not overweight at all I weigh average for my age and height, but I really want to get a nice flat stomach. So these are basically the questions I would really like to get some answers to:

1.Does anyone have any good tips on how I can accomplish this?

2.Does anyone know any effective workouts, like I can actually feel like it's working and that I can do without weights?

3.Would running a lot and eating healthy alone make this big belly of mine go away?
