REALLY IMPORTANT, PLEASE HELP. (I don't have much time)

I told myself like 5 months ago I was going to lose weight in time for summer. I didn't give myself a specific number, though I sort of aimed for losing like 15. Okay, well...here we are, a month before summertime and...I only lost like 3 pounds. I exercise twice a day, I eat healthy, I don't skip meals, I don't eat between meals, and I'm a 'nazi' about getting good servings of fruits and veggies. the stress alone in my life should of even played in a little bit!

So, I have a month left, and a new boyfriend. A boyfriend who's so out of league. (Id like to keep this one guys!)

Any good tips on getting my heart rate up? Even just small things to do through out the day or something would be more than helpful!

(P.S this isn't just a personal choice 'cause I wanna be 'prettier'. I'm pretty confident, and I'm okay, but I am indeed, fat. like, a health risk. So yeah, haha, beginning to feel a little panicked!)
