Does God allow small losses as a sign of coming blessings?

I am not sure how I came to this idea, but I believe that when you suffer a marginal or small loss, it is often a signal by God that an overflow of blessing and good fortune will flow into your life immediately afterwards.

Just like my theory the soul battle is hardest before you get your biggest victory over enemy opponents.

After every hardship comes ease. Sometimes a loss teaches us something valuable, and sometimes it's simply part of life. I wouldn't assume every hardship is a promise of immediate blessings. Faith gives us hope, but patience keeps us grounded.
