Do Christian miracle studies suggest blessings come when we stop seeking them?

They did a study of Christians who received miracles from God in their health and usually, the ones who received healing had not been looking for healing, they were just trying to build their connection with God.

I notice that it is always the Christians who do not care about money, that God blesses with wealth. If you read the news, it is always the people who do not believe they will win the lottery, that win the lottery.

A guy told me very good looking people never insult others for their appearance, it is always the average looking people that judge ugly people, because it is the average looking ones that have low self esteem and feel that insulting others will make them more desirable. Confident and happy people do not need to insult others to feel beautiful or handsome.

Hi, my belief is that all outcomes related to health are a personal choice and your own relationship with God. We are all human and under the inherited sin. The price for sin is death , we all get sick, grow old and die and so it will be till the end of this system of things.

As for God and riches, Money does not originate with God, money and wealth are worldly desires ( pay Caesar’s things to Caesar but God’s things to God.. Mat 22:21 ) we just need to be thankful and not anxious over our daily needs, food clothing shelter. If people didn’t think they could win the lottery there would be no reason to enter. ( the lotteries are all forms of gambling in which true Christians avoid anyway )

All people that put down people because of their looks are ugly, we are all made in Gods image. Putting people down is a worldly trait.
