Are sudden healing and restored goals a sign of positive karma from God?

I know 2 hard working people who had medical issues which threatened to rob them of all the goals they had worked so hard to achieve, and within weeks or months, they spontaneously improve beyond all explanation or expectation, because the bible says, undeserved curses do not last, they might hinder, but then they disappear and get cancelled for ever.
