Does the Bible say many people experience miracles that stay hidden?

I was watching a music video of a Jewish musician and he looks like he went from 500 pounds to 160 pounds over a 16 year period. And I learned on YouTube a married woman gave birth to 9 new babies beyond the age of 50. And I know 2 pastors who recovered from drug addiction the moment they became Christian.

I'm not aware of the Bible saying so, but I've come to realize that many occurrences in my life were miracles that I was unaware of until fairly recently.
