Are medical miracles common?

I went to church 8 years ago and I asked the pastor to make me smarter, and he prayed for God to boost my intelligence and then after that, I felt this cold wind blowing inside my head and now for the last 8 years or so I've had a supernatural ability to cool down random parts of my brain at will and the brain cooling makes me smarter. The thing is, there is one part of the brain that gets more cooling than the others and I did an anatomy search and the part with the most healing appears to govern language and communication skills.

What you might have is delusions. But hey placebo effects work right so maybe you believing in this supposed God, and you praying for it has created a placebo effect making you feel smarter. But if it works for you why not
