Buying food at restaurants every day is just as expensive as healthy cooking. You need to partake in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. But if you have the time, 30 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of weight training. The more muscle you have on your body, the more calories you burn a day just by being alive. Cardio will help spark your metabolism. As far as eating goes, you need to be eating every 2-4 hours a day, which in turn is going to consist of smaller portions but more meals. This will also help boost your metabolism. Food should consist of meats, veggies, fruits, minimal healthy carbs...you can find a lot of suggestions through google just by typing in, "healthy food suggestions." There is no quick fix to weight loss but doing your research on how to boost your metabolism and build muscle will help. Good luck

Take a minute and think about how you would feel if you had taken your time to lose weight slowly one year ago even 2 years ago? and more think of your life 2 years from now from? Thts the mentality you have to have losing weight it's not something tht happens over night you have to cone to terms with doing slowly losing weight quickly is almost alway temporary because you don't learn good habits the goal is to change the way your eating your goal shouldn't be to lose weight...if you just lise weight and don't learn good habit you'll gain it back...you learn GOOD habit and make tht your focus you WILL lose weight and won't gain it back and will be much healthier...

If you have to eat from the value menu, you don't have to eat the entire portions at once, you can take home and eat later. Stretches your food budget a little more.
Power walk, or jog if you can handle it, in the evenings. If you can get to a free gym, hit the weights, otherwise, do some bodyweight exercises.

High protein and healthy carbs (green leafy vegetables) snack on things that are purely protein and go for a walk for half an hour a day. If you want to shift weight quickly do three days of pure protein and introduce healthy carbs into your diet on the fourth day with your main meals.
