Does anyone have tips on how to motivate yourself into working out and eating healthy?
I'm trying to lose weight and tone up both for mental health reasons and physical. I'm not so bothered about how much I weigh, only how I perceive myself so I don't have a goal weight I would like to lose.
I want to be able to look at myself and feel happy and attractive.
Do you have any tips on how to be self motivated to workout and eat healthy?
