There is nothing that will make you drop those 15 pounds you want. The big thing is, how fast is fast.. Even if you just stuck to a diet that greatly restricted your calories and creating the calorie deficit needed to lose weight, that will still take time. And exercise and sensible eating is essential even though that is that answer you don't want. If you are really serious, cut all soda and fruit juices out of your diet now and stick to water. Cut your carbs greatly and the carbs you do have should come from whole grains and veggies. Don't over eat and try not to eat after 8pm. Also, get up early in the morning and jog around your block a few times or get a exercise dvd program that you like and do that in the morning. Also do it in the evening as well. But if you are looking to lose it in only a few weeks, then there's nothing you can do because it's just not realistic.

Being impatient is your enemy. It could be that you've hit a plateau and your body is now acustomed to the exercise you are doing. In which case you need to step it up. If you aren't already doing it, try High Intensity Interval Training. link
It is very intense but it works. Also, if you are going to the gym, add some weight training exercise routine. Building muscle burns more fat and calories than cardio alone.
Do at least 30 min. of cardio 4-5 days outta the week and also try pilates which tones up your body. And keep eating healthy.

Why do you need to lose 15 pounds "fast"? That's the part that isn't making any sense. Trying to get onto a diet to lose 15 pounds "fast" is only going to mess up your body in the future.Eat healthy and exercise.
