You’re only 100 pounds. You should never drop below 3 digits. I’d say take your mind off weight right now, and focus more on healthy lifestyle. What will help your body stay healthy rather than what will help you lose weight.
Often times, people lose weight anyway when they focus more on a healthy lifestyle rather than obsessing over the numbers.
I’d say eat unprocessed foods (keep processed foods to a minimum), avoid sugar, and find a form of exercise or physical activity that you enjoy that you can do consistently.
You can also read books on nutrition or find resources online. Just make sure that the authors are credible and the claims are backed by research.

I would say, to eat what you want but make sure all your food is either healthy or low calorie. Last night I had a salt craving so I had mr. noodles which is less than 300 calories. If you crave sweets, eat blueberries and not chocolate and if you crave fat, eat baby bel cheese and not pork chops, if you crave salt, eat a low calorie salt dish such as Clamato juice, instead of something like salsa with Tostitos.
