at least 5 kg...so I need diet plan for the 2 weeks that would make my lose these 5 kg!
please help me!
i know you all have been in this situation!
i normally exercise at least 3 times a week.
That's about 22 lbs... and, I think that is impossible unless you are VERY over weight. I have done cellular cleanses before from a company called Isagenix that last about 11 days.. most people loose around 15 lbs, and multiple "inches" off of their body (IE, Waist/Calves/Arms/Etc.), and it is a healthy way to loose weight. The product gives you more energy, and if you continue to substitute a meal for a shake after completing the cleanse, and eat healthy foods you will keep the weight off.
It is fairly expensive though, and if you think that you can't afford the product then you should bump up your workouts to 5 days a week making sure to include lots of cardio (I do 10 minutes on the bike when I first get to the gym, use some machines depending on which muscle groups I want to work on, 10 minutes on the stair master, and then 20-40 minutes on the elliptical when I go). Eat only lean protein and vegetables, and try to consume around 1200 calories a day. Don't eat fruit when trying to loose weight because it contains a lot of sugar, and will not aid in your weight loss!
"please help me"
F*** no, you're acting like a child. You're stuck up and want to shed 10 kg in 2 seconds, it doesn't work that way. If you see things this way you're not even worth reasoning with. First off, diets don't work. Second, exercice 3 times a week ain't enough. Thirdly, I'd forget the x pounds in a certain amount of time if I were you. It'll lead you nowhere and it's both foolish and pathetic.
Unless you're over 200kg, 10 kilos in just two weeks is dangerous, and almost impossible to do. Diet and proper nutrition should never take the back seat just until a critical time of your life.

cut off a few limbs? why not? it's just as safe as losing 10kg in fat in just 2 F***ING WEEKS. no way,get that thought out of your mind, instead, write yourself up a diet plan out of healthy foods, that you like (so you don't binge),stick to it,and exercise daily unless your muscles get too sore.
Nothing will make you lose that much in 2 weeks... Instead you should make an eating plan that's more of a lifestyle than a diet. For example, try to cut out processed carbs (sodas, sugars, white breads). Eat more protein, veggies, and complex carbs like whole wheat breads and pastas.
